Jonas R. Kunst
Professor in Culture and Community Psychology
My research aims at identifying the various strategies and orientations that different social groups and individuals use to relate to each other in stable and changing environments. Here, I combine perspectives from different psychological disciplines, including cultural, social, political, developmental and evolutionary psychology, and experimental, correlational, cross-cultural and longitudinal research methods. While my position as associate professor is at the Department of Psychology, I have been affiliated with the Center of Research on Extremism since its establishment.
