Karine Lindholm
Graduate Student
I am currently working as a research assistant in the lab on a meta-analysis aiming to identify cross-cultural adaptation antecedents. I recently graduated my master’s degree in cultural and community psychology where I investigated how rejection from an outgroup peer, paired with acceptance from an ingroup peer, might lead to a decrease in hostility targeting outgroup members.
I am working on several research projects inside and outside of the lab including collective action and group-efficacy in Zanzibar, how high threat of Covid-19 affect prejudice in Denmark, as well as several research projects conducted with the Norwegian police. Additionally, I am enrolled as a bachelor’s student in criminology. My research interests include intergroup relations, prejudice, discrimination, and extremism.
